How distance is handled
Delivery, not a courier
Jules or Theo drives the order themselves in the delivery van, which is why the radius is real rather than whatever a courier app happens to service that week. Most mornings there are six to nine catering runs, nearly all of them delivered before nine.
Anything inside the dashed edge on the map is a straightforward yes. Past it, distance starts to compete with the kitchen's own morning, so we will tell you honestly whether the timing works rather than take the booking and let it run late.
