Breakfast
Cooked breakfast from open until 11:30am, built around eggs, mushrooms and good sourdough.
The breakfast menu is deliberately short so the kitchen can cook all of it properly on a busy Tuesday. Eggs are cracked to order, mushrooms go in a hot pan with thyme and butter rather than steaming in a tray, and the sourdough is cut thick from a loaf baked overnight. There is one large plate for people who skipped dinner and a lot of smaller things for people who only want something to hold the coffee down.
